Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Return Policy

Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Share an unboxing video and images at shop@theiconstore.in for verification.

Once approved, you may get a replacement of the same product.
Exchange Policy
- We currently do not accept exchanges for reasons like color mismatch, change of mind, or wrong size chosen.
- For customized pieces, we cannot accept returns unless damaged in transit.
Note: All artworks are handmade. Minor variations in texture and brushwork are part of their charm and not considered defects.
